How to Get a Static Info

Do you need a copy of your static info from SSS?

Perhaps, you landed a job recently, and now the employer is asking you to secure one. Be it a pre-employment requirement or whatever, in this post, I'm going to discuss how to get the said document in the comfort of your home.

Take note, the following steps are only applicable to members with an account on the official SSS website. If you haven't registered yet, make sure to get a copy of your employer's ID number so you can sign up.

Let's start.

Getting a Static Info Online

It is recommended to use Internet Explorer.

1. Go to the SSS website, and log in to your account. You will be redirected to the Employee Static Information page afterward.

Go to E-Services > Inquiry to access the static info page manually.

2. Depending on the web browser you're using, you can either right-click the page, then select 'Print', or copy the important section first, then paste it on a Word processor before printing it.

Here's an example of an Employee Static Information:

A static info shows the member's complete name, C.R.N, ID number, birthday, gender, reporting date, latest employer, record location, and other account details.

For Non-My.SSS Members

It's not too late if you do not have an account yet on the SSS website. Again, you can sign up for free, and to do so, please get a copy of your previous, or current employer's ID number from H.R (Human Resources).

Now, if you need a static info urgently without signing up online, then you may try visiting an SSS branch that issues the said document. As per a service officer whom I have talked with from the contact center, local offices are giving out ESI primarily to newbies, or members who do not have a previous employer.

When I created this post a few years ago on my main blog, there are members who confirmed that some branches do not issue static info. They were referred online instead. Hence, before you go to any of their offices, you may call them first to verify if they can provide you one. Go to this Directory page to find the contact number of the nearest SSS in your place.

You may also call their contact center at 920-6446 to 55 (Mondays to Fridays). Their operation is 24 hours. Their IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) number is 917-7777. For email inquiries, send it to member_relations[at]sss[dot]gov[dot]ph

Take note, static info provided by physical branches are manually filled-out.
